Best of the west
Living in E Elkhart Co, I try not venture west much , BUT I will make an exception here. I have eaten food from RS for 20+ years, and to date they are the most consistant good quality and plain great tasting ribs , and sauce covered other stuff in the area. They bottle their own sauce (mild and hot) and my grill wouldn't be complete without both. The sauce is addicting, I' ve even put it on their jumbo pork tenderloin sandwiches. Great prices, good quantity of food. The only down side is they don't open till 3pm for dinner only. Bummer. But if you can wait till after 3, it's worth the trip. More Reviews
