Bruno's Pizza   

I've been eating at Bruno's for many years, primarily during the lunch buffet. My most recent experience will be my last as the quality continues to diminish. The original buffet was outstanding; hot pizza, salads (different types on ice), soups, sandwiches (my favorite), and a wide variety of various Italian and non Italian dishes. I always looked forward to good food even with the very poor service. My most recent experience was the last straw. The pizza was warm at best, the salad served in a plastic tub, the dishes included mostly non-Italian "throw together" dishes I could easily fabricate at home. There were no soups or special salads. There was a non-descript meat-like dish that could only be described as "non-descript, meat-like". I waited for 10 minutes for hot pizza to come out and when it did it wasn't hot but again the luke warm "stuff" that had been served earlier. I'm afraid the DeChiccoes (sp?) don't get it. If you put crap out, even once, you'll chase your clientelle away. I'm sure they don't care so I will find someplace that offers better food, service, and understand the nature of the food industry.
