NOT VERY HANDICAP FREINDLY, STORE AND PARKING

The new store is cold looking very posh posh. I miss the warm homey feeling that burdines had. I used to shop there all the time, not any more. What a shame.

I wanted to review the Home store at Dadeland.There was this great sale on domestics(sheets n stuff) half price plus coupons..They were busy,but there was extra help and they were pleasant and went out of their way to help. Caroline went to the stockroom to find a King Duvet Cover and some shams.She took my phone number because the sham were not available in the color I wanted.She suggested a sheet set,asked if we wanted to open an account,packed things in two bags,and answered questions from other customers all at the same time. Burdines means it when they say We're here for you. I went back the next day,the duvet was fine but the sheet set was too big,Luis exchanged them for us,smiled the whole time and gave us a creidt cause queens were not as expensive as kings. This is why the store with the flair is numer one. Simple they care.
