In ShortPlaywright's furnishings make for a casual, comfortable and classy pub. There's a small stage in the front for live music, a full wooden bar with stained-glass inserts in the backboard and cushy bar stools and tables at several heights for maximum comfort. There are also numerous televisions scattered around for the sports fans. Irish classics like shepherd's pie, corned beef and cabbage, Guinness beef stew, and fish-and-chips fill patrons with the expected meat-and-potatoes diet.

fun yes, Irish, no.
This is a fun place to hang out, but as an Irish pub, it fails. As an earlier reviewer said, NO GUINNESS. They also rarely have Magners. My Irish friends wouldn't be caught dead in there.
Where's the Guinness???
This is the only pub in the U.S. that DOES NOT SELL GUINNESS or HARP!!! If you ask for a Guinness they will try to serve you a Murphy's which is NOT the same thing!!
Please demand the real thing or go to a true Irish account that supports Irish brands.
Good Stuff
I love to hang at this pub whenever I'm on SoBe, but, whatever happened to that Fab Beatle Band you used to feature on Fridays (Hello Goodbye)? You should bring them back!!

Let us tell you about ÂConnexion - Pensacola International Music FestivalÂ, hosted by the HILTON GARDEN INN & JUBILEE ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX on Pensacola Beach, Florida. We are doing talent searches nationwide looking for the best of the best and giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent to major representatives in the music industry.
We are providing a warehouse of talent for Record Labels, A&R's and representatives in the music industry so they can pick and choose who they would like to represent. There will be no cost for the up and coming stars other than a $20 application fee to offset handling process.
We do understand that they are at the beginning of their career and funds are low plus this is all about them and not us. We are also here to provide a platform for talent to be seen and heard by the right people. Too many talented people get lost and forgotten because they do not have the funds or the opportunity to showcase themselves.
