Surf Florist   

I received a flower bouquet yesterday with only 7 flowers arranged with no design ability. One of the flowers are almost dead and brown and drooping This arrangement cost my daughter a $49.00 plus $15 dollars delivery with a total toi $65..00 and it was delivered only 1 mile approximately from the florist to my home . and instead of afternoon as promised , it was early evening. If you purchased a bouquet at local grocery it would have been more delightful, When I called owner arrogant and then wrote my daughter a rude letter complaining about me which is very upsetting. He offered to send a replacement and sent a plant. He said the deivery man said I had plants in my yard and thus told my daughter not to send me flowers, but plants insteadin the future. This was totally irrational. This is the first time I have ever complained , but this arrangement was a total dissapointment. Please avoid this florist if possible as there are so many caring talented floral designers in the Miami Beach area. I adore flowers and have them in my home at all times. This arrangement was a tremendous rip off and unfortunately I am not sure the owner or designer is even aware of the poor quality which is the sad part. Again, look a little further for a good florist.
