It's Friday night, all the trendy places are already packed and you'd rather not have to yell your order to your scantily clad server anyway. Isn't there any place that just serves good food without all the to do? Yes, it's called Tony Roma's and although it's known for its mouthwatering ribs, there's plenty more on the menu than you might think. For starters, you'll be pleased to find basics like potato skins and buffalo wings to hold you over. For non-ribbers, the menu boasts a wide selection of dishes, with everything from chicken entrees to steaks and burgers to even seafood. Everything is moderately priced and served with sides. Now... for the ribs! There's a reason Tony Roma's is 'Famous for Ribs,' and you'll know why as soon as you peek at the menu. From baby-back to beef, there are plenty of ribs/sauce combos to choose from. Whether you try the Honey Chipotle sauce or the Tony Roma's signature Red Hots (water! water!), this is a rib-lovers paradise.

You've got to be kidding

Tony Romas is on the list of South Florida's best????? Every Tony Romas I've been to has had horrible service. The one in Miami Lakes is by far the worst. Lunch is okay if you are allowed a 2 hour lunch and waiters who go on breaks without finishing waiting on their tables. The food? You're better off going to Smokey Bones.

TR's is a travesty to america

people who eat at tony romas dont deserve to write food reviews, or eat for that matter. Its bad quality, artifically flavored pre-packaged, not smoked (which by the way is the point of bbq) meat. Hell i too could add liquid smoke to anything i cook at home to give it taht "down home bbq flavor" but whats the point. You might as well be ancomplete midwest plebian and go to applebees. mindless corperations like Tony Romas and the mindless masses are putting real bbq joints and resturants out of business. its a shame.
