Leave it to Barton G to bring cocktails to the next level. The restaurant has long been known for not only its sublime environment, but also its radical plate presentations. Now it serves drinks with the same flair for the theatrical. Wondering why your martini is smoking and progressively getting fiercer? That bad boy has been infused with some liquid nitrogen to make it super-duper cold. Impress your friends by taking them out to the tropical garden, then ordering up a Classic Nitro-tini (Ciroc Snap Frost vodka and a 'nitrogenized' vermouth swizzle stick with frozen olive and blue cheese pearls) or a few Pink Elephants (Absolut Ruby Red vodka with ruby red grapefruit juice and fresh grapefruit segments).
