It's the closest thing South Florida has to a true Spanish experience; the new La Barraca in Hollywood is not only decorated like an authentic Spanish courtyard, but it's also the place to get your flamenco on. Sure you can come any night (except Monday) and get a taste of some fine paellas and items from the tapas menu, but to enjoy the true experience, come on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night for the live entertainment. Between the stomping, singing, clapping and strumming, you won't be able to hear the person next to you, but who cares? Your stomach will already be doing a joyful jig once it gets a helping of baked goat cheese, calamari, chorizo-like sausages in a sweet onion sauce, and petite lamb chops. And don't forget to partake in the sangria, especially since a pitcher of red or white is only $25.
