When Lucky Strike opened in Miami during the summer of 2005, an interesting mix of celebs showed up to show the mere mortals how the game is played. Word on the street was that American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, television news journalist Lisa Ling and some local reporters and wealthy types could all be found striking out all over the lanes. Now that the grand opening party is a thing of the past, those indigenous to the area and not-too-tacky tourists have embraced this new local fun spot, the first Lucky Strike in Florida. After having much success in Los Angeles, the O.C. and Boston, the founders partnered with Miami multimillionaire Philip Levine to open this lounge/diner/bowling alley just off Lincoln Road. Not a bowler? Don't despair. Lucky offers a full bar and a restaurant serving American eats, including a jumbo sampler of bite-sized snacks suitable for you and your buddies.

It had great decor, and the food was pretty good. there weren't that many lanes so at night i can believe it gets crowded.

very cool place... bowl, eat, drink or just meet hundreds of people especially after 11:00p.
