LOS CHICOS/AS DE LAS VACAS GORDA ... GRACIAS POR SU ATENCION Y SRES DE LA COCINA EXELENT COMIDA... LO RECOMIENDO ....

Not only the food is poor, the service is abysmal. Arrogant, impatient, lazy and uncaring waiters. Large, tasteless portions at very high prices. Wine comes in very small glasses and at high prices. The waiters are more interested in checking out the passers by and I actually had to get up and go to ask my waiter for a glass of water. The beef was huge, but what it had in quantity, it lacked in quality. It was stringy and tasteless. Side orders are charged separately, I had ordered grilled onion, it was a half an onion just put on the grill for about - I would think - 1 minute and then slapped on a plate. Totally inedible. The bread is white tasteless pap. The toilet is disgusting. Tables are small. I do not understand why it is still around. Keep well away from Las Vacas Gordas - there are other much better choices.

Having been to Argentina, this restaurant is the real thing! The food is incredible -- especially the 1LB churrasco! The provoleta is excellent as well. Mmmmmmm!
