Miami's most rambunctious sushi bar is popular with the party crowd. Big boats bearing sumo-sized quantities of the Japanese treats ply the tables. Festive groups of tourists and cliques of singles gearing up to head into the night find Sushi Rock a perfect place to start. Lotsa sake. Extraordinary hand-rolls integrate international ingredients. A new favorite is the lobster tempura roll that's very popular with the South Beachers. Blasts of hip music and skimpy outfits remind you that you're in South Beach's favorite Japanese restaurant. It's frenetic and fun, but gimmicks aside, the sushi's great.

TRY THE PINECREST LOCATION

SAME GREAT FOOD, none of the knucklehead action associated with SOBE. The original restaurant is located on US1 and SW 112th Street. In the Shopping center. The Lobster Sushi is a must try....Tempura style and rolled into sushi!!!

Decent

Decent sushi, average prices. A nice spot in comparison to Aikido on Espanola Way--they serve sushi WARM. Nasty!
