Dive with a side of scum.I don't think the rating are in error,the Alaskan does rock all over this place,but then any other bar in hillyard does too.Take the owner off your to do list man,everyone else has.Needs more than cheap tunes,how about some nice looking women.

awesom little bar. couple of great girls work there. owner is a fox and pleasent. prices good. place is a little small and jukebox is highway robbery. lower the price of tunes and this place would be the top of the top!! p.s. your ratings are in error. you have one for alaskan listed here, cp overall rates are good yet you give it 2 stars?who's editing this site? incorrect info can hurt a great business.

New tables or not,it's still as disease ridden as ever.The Alaskan is a huge step above,as far as fun hillyard bars are concerned.See for yourself.

The new owner has done wonders with the country place. New pool tables, bar stools and chairs. The Service is great when the little brown haired shorty is working she is great. They have a excellent menu. They also have the #1 womens pool team. Friendly people. Also has a saturday night open pool tournament $3.00 Entry fee. Come on over to the Country Place for a Great Time.
