VooDoo Cafe and Lounge at Harrah's   

On any given night, you'll see master bartenders doing something extra to those Singapore slings in this Cajun-themed bar in the Harrah's casino. Just like in Vegas, they make their drinks with tumblers and shakers using pizzazz. Depending on the night you go, your experience might be one that's more laid-back country or more like 'Girls Gone Wild' (there's even cage dancers), so it's best to check the Web site or call in advance to see what's on the agenda. VooDoo usually has live music and concerts on the weekend nights. However, expect the 20 plasma screen and three larger-than-life TVs, cozy booths for groups and cool, blue lighting every night of the week. Some of the specialty drinks include the Witch Doctor, a four-rum concoction made for two or more people, the Shrunken Head and the Serpent Margarita, a tequila drink that includes a 20-oz. souvenir glass. If you get hungry from all that gambling or dancing, you can pick a snack on their extensive Southern-themed menu. The Cajun crab cakes are a great starter and the black-magic cake is a great way to end the night.
