Mondays are tough, but Tuesdays may be even worse. Not quite midweek, Tuesdays have a tendency to make the weekend seem like even more of a distant dream. Boredom sets in, and the phrase "there's nothing fun to do on a Tuesday" is generally uttered several times throughout the day. Thankfully, all that has changed. This South County watering hole decided to cure the Tuesday doldrums, and promises a new tradition of partying. Popular radio station Z107.7 broadcasts live from the bar at 9PM and gives a welcome salute to all the ladies in the house, who are celebrated on this razzle-dazzle night. There are also plenty of other days of the week that now have new meaning, thanks to Bar 101's dedication to sprucing up the entertainment scene. There is beer pong on Mondays, live acoustic bands on Tuesdays, beer pong and live music on Tuesdays and DJ Sox's sets on Fridays and Saturdays and drink specials every night. With all these deals on weeknights, the bar attracts a lot of fun-loving people, earning it the reputaion for one of the best places for young singles to get their swerve on.-- Stefanie Ellis
