Chuy Arzola's is a simple paneled spot with lots of beer signs -- and lots of noise -- that serves up reputable fajitas. In fact, the marinated chicken or beef fajitas are the house specialty. It can be tough to get a table at Chuy's at lunch or dinner. As for the decor and the scene, it says right on the menu that diners should "maintain a happy and relaxed attitude to conform to our atmosphere," which is mellow and downscale. The portions are generous, and in typical Tex-Mex style, can arrive dripping with gooey cheese. Wash it all down with a margarita, and you might need a siesta after your lunch fiesta. -- HW

never a bad meal
My friends and I have been going to Chuy's for over 10 years. It's always fresh. The service is great. The price is right. You won't be dissapointed.
What happened!
We have been to Chuy's a number of times and the food was great. This time it was not. The fajitas (both beef and chicken) were dry and tasteless and the rice & beans were not what they used to be. They tasted like they were left -overs and had been reheated so many times they were turned into mush. And the tacos,I've had better at Taco Bell. It will be awhile before we go back. We were very disappointed.
ummmmmmmmm good!!!
Eddie and the boys are stellar. eat, drink and be merry and still have money in your pocket!!!
GOOD BUT SMALL
I dont get here often but when I do the food is great. The place is small and sometimes a bit crowded but well worth a trip when you want good mexican food. Nothing fancy just good eats.
