Giovanni's on the Hill   

As the valet opens the door for you and takes your keys, you'll find yourself surrounded with charm and elegance. Soft music drifts through the air as tuxedoed waiters hurry from the kitchen and bar to your table. Alcoves house both large and small tables of families, couples on dates and groups of older people. A wall of family photos makes it clear that this is a family business -- the chef is the owner's son. The menu consists mostly of Italian dishes such as risotto and pasta, as well as veal and lamb. There's a full bar and a varied wine list. Italian desserts are offered as well. Giovanni's has a banquet room upstairs and a catering service. Overall, the atmosphere is one of comfort with style.
