By day, St. Louis' power elite descend on Harry's to see and be seen while digging into sliced pear and toasted walnut salads, pecan-encrusted catfish and Atlantic salmon. By night, a live band hits the large outdoor patio, and the denizens of the evening come out to meet Mr. or Ms. Right -- or at least Mr. or Ms. Right Now. It all kicks off with happy hour, which runs 4-7PM Monday through Friday and features $2 beers, $3 wine, $3 mixed drinks and $4 Stoli Cosmopolitans; plus, they offer free wireless internet service, so you don't even have to stop working. Amid the swirl of cleavage and store-bought tans, there's still a meal to be had from Harry's versatile menu. Harry's is often used as a meeting spot and departure point for fans heading to home games of the Cardinals, Rams or Blues. Their M.O.: Park the car, have a beer, catch the shuttle to the game, then come back for some post-game partying. Harry's has one of the stranger locations of any major restaurant or night spot; perched between Interstate 55 and the local headquarters of the FBI, the large windows and roomy patio do nonetheless offer some nice views of downtown St. Louis. -- HW

High prices, third-rate entertainment, food that is good, to mediocre, to poor, flip a coin. As is customary complain and the management will attempt a quick fix…but you will still pay the bill regardless. Do you enjoy Dr. Shevegas? I hope so because that is the best band that plays there. I surmise most people go because of convenience like 7-Eleven they don’t care about the price or the service. Finally the management will side with the help over the customers in disputes. Drinks are $10-$15 final bills frequently approach $150.00 do you feel lucky?

American and a variety of cuisine. Classy great atmosphere but not snooty. Wear business attire or dress up no formals please. The prices are a little high. I eat out every day. I am will to spen $25-$35 for a good meal no more.
