This Franchise is very poor in service. The Waiter DID NOT preform very well, ie. Time to order, time between items and beverages. The Acutal food was not very well either.

Excellant!!!!! We have been going every Friday night for several years. It is not even a question as to whether we go or not. It is a tradition. We would not continue to return if we didn't get TOP notch service, of course that is what you expect from a group that treats us like family. Thanks OUTBACK WE LOVE YOU. By far the best service in and around Sumter. The staff is very family/kid friendly. Take out is by far the best in town. These guys go out of their way to make your dining experience a great one.
