Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar   

IF you don't wear orange Don't expect to get much service game weekends, and expect a cover charge when they host NCAA tourney Head down the alley a block up towards the dome and relax and enjoy. Wish i could remember that places name but in spite of the great food, the $3.00 happy hour pitchers kinda washed out my memory of the other places name. The surfer's is roomy and ok for locals but a little pricy and not really visitor freindly

Bars like this (especially in central NY) are cool. Sometimes you just want to feel like your in a differant place far ,far away in a tropical place. I recommend it.
