Great service, Food & Drinks, Shrimp is outstanding!

A friend told me about an "un-known, out-of-the-way bar/restaurant" that he likes. When I finally found the place, the parking lot was full! Finally found a spot and it was worth the search. Even though the place was crowded, I found a SUPER bar, great menu, food, & service at reasonable prices. I must be the only one in CNY that didn't know about Kelly's! I.ll be back a lot.

Expanding on QBSYR's rating and comments, you will find an agreeable crossection of "locals" at Kelley's, with a "transitioning" of generations as the day progresses into the evening. A comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing place with a menu which in which everone can find a favored choice. Best in town!
