Voted "The #1 Restaurant in Central New York" in The Post Standard's "Most Popular Restaurant Poll" and "The #1 Italian Restaurant in Syracuse" by a The Syracuse New Times poll, Dominick's Restaurant serves up plentiful portions of Italian food at unbeatably reasonable prices. "We consider ourselves Italian-American," says longtime bartender Robb Hamilton. "There's a bit of a difference." Hamilton says Dominick's dishes range from fresh haddock and 16-ounce lobster tails to the trademark dish, The Italian Platter, which includes lasagna, rigatoni, ravioli, meatballs, sausage and a dessert. Dominick's also features what Hamilton calls "the best prime rib in the central New York area -- but only on Saturdays and Mondays."

Do Go There
Best place for food in town. Steak sandwiches are the best in town. Fried fish dinners,you can't beat them any place else. The only problem is I eat toooo much of the bread. Also the rest rooms are dirty
Fair Italian fare
The eatery for the populus without very sophisticated tastebuds. Prices are reasonable and portions are large, but food is prepared without a lot of imagination. Desserts are cloyingly sugary. Very mediocre. Service decent, though.
Good ITALIAN food
I have gone to Dominick's several times and the food is excellant especially the spagetti sauce (and I am a real Italian). The service is very good and the environment is clean.

Big Portions....but very low quality food. Sauce is the worse....like Jar Sauce.
