Who says you can't find flowers on Sunday? This shop will arrange them and sell them to you seven days a week. Angel's has a large Spanish-speaking clientele and does a swift trade in cultural specialties like "quinces" -- coming-out parties for Hispanic girls turning 15. The owners do speak English and will be just as happy to pull together something for a sweet 16 or a Bahtmitzvah. Not overflowing with merchandise, it does have the usual assortment of floral stuff in the back. The owners can pull together whatever kind of arrangement you may need. The selection of pre-made arrangements is small, but you can grab one out of the refrigerator for only $15.
