You can find Bealls Department Stores throughout Florida. That's because people appreciate these one-story retailers for their broad selection of goods (clothes, shoes, gifts, etc.) at prices more reasonable than, say, your local JCPenney. Bealls Outlets, however, are a bargain-hunter's dream. First off, they sell their clothes, shoes, toys, handbags, home-accessories, makeup and perfumes at prices considerably lower than their department-store sisters. Secondly, after sitting on the racks for a week or two, the price drops again from 20 to 80 percent. It's not at all unusual to walk in with $20 bucks or so, and leave with a pair of shorts or trousers and two tops to match. It's also a great place to do all the Christmas shopping for people whom you just want to get a little something. With a broad array of inexpensive candles, candle holders and picture frames, you can remember everybody -- even on a budget.
