Fresh Mouth   

Strangely enough, the name 'Fresh Mouth' has nothing to do with unpleasant staff (sassy, yes; rude, no) or with its neighbor, The Tampa Improv. The thing worth shouting about at this hip burger joint is, in fact, the size of its sandwiches. Fresh Mouth's thick and juicy, quarter-pound patties are layered with everything from lettuce and tomato to bacon and Swiss and are perched upon a toasty bun. Or choose from their cooked-to-order steak sandwiches, chicken sandwiches or big salads. Despite its fast food menu, which also includes the obligatory fries and shakes, Fresh Mouth is no drive-thru dining experience; it's all about table service here. Dine in the comfy booths inside or at wrought-iron tables on the courtyard patio and take in the spectacle that is Centro Ybor.
