Known for its authentic Northern Italian cuisine, the new Armani?s restaurant features a fresh, sophisticated design and an atmosphere ideal for a romantic dinner for two, a get-together with friends or an upscale business function. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tampa Bay, guests can take in spectacular panoramic views during dinner and enjoy a drink on the outdoor patio before or after their meal. Armani?s signature antipasto bar allows guests to create their own first course from a selection of more than 30 items and a dedicated station offers fresh made-to-order Caesar salads. Armani?s ?primi piatti? menu includes vegetarian, pasta and soup selections, while main courses range from veal scaloppini in a truffle sauce over mascarpone polenta to wild salmon on pan fried risotto bianco.

The Greatest!! I have never had such a nice time at a restaurant. Our food was the Awesome!! The service was great and we had the best time. Chef Patrick was the greatest, he came to our table after I saw him speaking to the coach of the Buc's and he really made us feel just as important. THANKS!!

Arguably the best in Tampa

First, there is no other restaurant in the area that offers as beautiful a view of the bay and sunset. That creates a backdrop to an excellent meal. The service at Armani's is simply outstanding, with a team of servers always available. The food is probably the best part. This isn't traditional Italian fare (if that's what you're looking for, go to Donatello's), but more of an Italian fusion with unique ingrediants and cooking styles. Exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

This place is great.

Just had dinner to celabrate our anniversary, wonderful..... This is one of the top 3 restaurants in Tampa. Service - four stars. Food - 4 1/2 stars. The antipasta bar was one of the best I've ever had, the selection was impressive and well prepared, service great. Main course Veal with polenta and Sea on Chard delish. Unlike other reviewers, I would not order pasta at Armani's, there's so much more to order and save the pasta for a pasta restaurant.

This place is on the decline..
By cgator41 on 08/17/2005
My wife and I went to Armanis last year for our first anniversary and it was one of the best meals we had ever had. BUT this year (2005) we returned and the food was just okay. The Anti-pasta bar, where every item was delicious last year, was not very good. I picked about 8 different items and only 2 were enjoyable. My wife and I ordered the same entree as we did last year because we enjoyed it so much, but this year the portions were much smaller and the amazing flavor from last year was not there. The food was not bad, but for the money the food should be spectacular. I don't know if Armani's is under new management, but the quality of the food has really declined this past year. We were very disappointed.
