Kroger   

we recently moved to T.H and try to purchase most of our groceries and meats from your wabash st. store. However, most of the time there are not enough checkout lines open, and because my wife is handicapped, she usually uses the electric carts for her shopping . about 50% of the time, half of the carts are not charged or plugged in to be charged, so she either has to go somewhere else (Baslers) or come back home and ask her daughter or myself to shop for her. I also have a bad knee, and I'm limmited to a lot of walking or standing in line waiting to get checked out.. Why don't you forget about buying the red KROGER stickers that you stick on everything, Hell, we know where we bought our items. use this money to hire competent people to maintain your carts and assist handicapped folks. We moved here from Oklahoma, where we shopped at Albertsons. When my wive shopped, a store employee went along with her with another cart and helped her with Items she couldn't reach or lift and helped her through the checkout and then the bag boys helped load her groceries into her vehicle. Your folks in this store seem to have a ho-hum attitude. I've noticed when I have been in the store, there is a lot of elderly folks shopping there. and I believe you people need to be more attentitive to this fact. Thank You, Keith Harder
