been there twice,,,first time waitress rude,,second time all help to busy to stop playing dominos to finish waiting on me,,,and stop eating there take out order,,,,i will say the food is good if you can get past the rudeness and the feeling that you are being shuffled in and out like a herd of cows,,,,,,,,,

I have never had bad service at Jalapeno's. They are quick at lunchtime and dinner, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. If you haven't had the Mexican chicken fingers, you have been missing out!

These people have so much of my money... haha. The food is WONDERFUL and their margaritas beat everyone else's hands down. I have never ever had bad service there, and I've been a regular customer for years now. Do yourself a favor and go there. Now.
