Warm, Courteous
I called in from out of state. Was referred to this business from another local florist. I dealt with Jessica. She was very warm and courteous and very helpful. Sure glad I talked with her before reading other reviews on this site!
Rude and snotty.
They do great arrangements, but the staff is very very rude and snotty, but for some reason I always go back because of the quality.
All bark, no bite !!
She claims to do all this goody goody charity work and be so enterprising but I will tell you from personal experiance that unless you spend 100-150 their work is not worth it and you will be less than pleased.
I used another florist in b'ham and for 75 it was awesome. Shame on you Dorothy!!!!
