When you enter this restaurant, pungent aromas foretell an interesting and diverse menu of primarily Vietnamese specialties. Rice and rice-noodles dominate, of course, but meaty stir fries and vegetable and tofu dishes are very popular, thanks to an attentive and skilled cooking staff. While various levels of spiciness will lure some into a taste of ethnic authenticity, chow mein and other dishes are available for those with simpler dining interests. Kinhdo was among the first Vietnamese restaurants to nail down a steady local following (both locations offer inviting, unfancy dining rooms that can be crowded at times).
