Fine Line Music Cafe   

The Fine Line Music Cafe is, by any account, a hot spot. While it often has been called the best music club by Twin Cities' media, that alone doesn't fully explain its variety and the staying power since opening 1987. A vast range of performers and styles have graced the stage, and the club continues to reinvent its physical presence. First, with a remodeling in the mid-1990s and, more recently, a reconstruction following a fire that damaged the club. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, near a number of other clubs and bars, Fine Line has wooden floors and some unique vantage points to take in a show. The balcony encircling the bar and a good sound and light system makes for a stellar experience. The service, which is excellent, seems to be given special priority. An outdoor cafe added during that 1990s remodel is a sight to behold.
