I really think they give the inventory away for practically free. Found a Coach wallet for $27.00 which is sold in the Coach store for $125.00. It even has the original Coach tags. Found an Andrew Mark leather jacket for $89.99 which sells in finer stores like Nordstroms for $499.99. While the sales clerks may be nasty and disgruntled, you must overlook this for serious price cutting and fantastic deals! If you plan to return an item, you must have the original tags still intact. No tags, no return. This is the one downside to the Filene's experience. Makes it difficult for gift giving.
