First of all, I think the address they give for this is wrong. We went to the La Frontera Grill on Columbia Rd. (just south of the 18th/Columbia intersection). This is our favorite place to eat. The food is great, prices low, and service fast. Chips and salsa are on the table a second after you sit. The mixed drinks are also good.
