Phase One   

The Phase, as it's called, is the grande dame of lesbian nightclubs in the District. With television sets over the bar, an unassuming atmosphere and a pool table in back, it's great for everything from birthday parties and line dancing to eight ball tournaments. While men sometimes hang out here, this is not a place for guys who wish to look at the ladies. If, however, you're a lady who likes a comfortable boite and the company of other ladies, this might be the place for you.
