Pizza Hut   

this place is poorly managed. the so-called customer service representives are unprofessional. i called to place an order and waited 8 minutes and 53 seconds for someone to answer the phone. I must say this is one sleazy joint. Eventually, their demise will come. Consumers BEWARE! I give it no stars.

Pizza Hut @ 4205 Georgia Ave NW Washington, DC 20011 is a poorly run facility from a customer service stand point. The persons anwering the telephones have little product knpwledge and are rude, to place it mildly. I am certain that you are in business to generate a profit. Ihis is one customer who is letting you know that because of those people there tonigh, you have caused me to go to a competitor where I don't even enjoy there food over Pizza Hut. Great job!
