Takoma Station Tavern   

Attended Sat 6/12. My first time in several years. Very good drinks, food, music, and service in general. A nice mixture of sounds during intermission. The lack of rap really makes a difference. Noticed elements from the rap crowd showed up, couldn't handle the atmosphere and left. I like that.

I went for the first time last night. It's somewhat empty until about 9:30. After that, it was off the chain. Fine women arrived in droves, and the music was definately pumpin' by the band and the DJ. The food was OK, but it's a bar....not a 4-star resturaunt. The music was a little too loud for such a small place. it's hard to mack and yell at the same time. But the women are beautiful and friendly and well worth the yell.

They have great potential but need to concentrate on their customer service. Dave and Mike and Mel need to stop taking home all the money and invest it back into the place!!

Went back in January and it was OK. The wings were good and hot and the drinks were super strong. We went early so there was no cover and most of the people in the bar seemed to be established professionals. Very laid back and comfortable.
