That's where thirty-something former-attorney-turned-baker Warren Errol Brown has realized his dream -- creating a demand for cupcakes, cakes and pound cakes made entirely from scratch, with all natural ingredients, and all the deliciously fattening things in life. You can walk into this takeout bakery with its cool vibe, and select from the specially made items in the glass case, like a chocolate on chocolate cupcake or one with lemon or coconut frosting. Or you can try a cilantro lime "Buzz Ball," Brown's trademark twist on an eclair. But with 24-hour notice Brown and his small crew can bake you a "Susie's a Pink Lady," with raspberries tucked between three layers of yellow butter cake or the "Sassy" mini pound cake infused with mango, orange, vanilla cake and cayenne spice. If only chocolate will satisfy your needs, then try the moist "New German Chocolate" layered cake with coconut and vanilla buttercream.
