Crystal City Sports Pub   

Walk in the door at Crystal City Sports Pub, and you're faced with two options: Turn right and play pool, or turn left and settle in at the bar. It's a classic win-win proposition. The bartenders here are friendly and fast, so the bar is not a bad place to be. Of course, waiters will serve you at the pool tables, so you don't have to stay thirsty if you make the right-turn decision. There are TVs mounted over the bar and over the pool table area, too, so you can catch all the sports action from almost any vantage point in the bar. With two floors full of pool tables, the tables turn over quickly and you don't have to wait around to play. More good news: The tables here are old-fashioned coin-operated tables. Put in four quarters and play at your leisure; there's nobody behind the counter running a timer to charge you $10 per hour. -- Jon Bowen
