Honest and fair. They will not try to take advantage of those of us who have very limited knowledge about cars and what may or may not be wrong with them.

Even though, they were unable to fix my problem, they tried and then recommended someone who could. I will gladly return the next time I need some work done on my car.

Distad's is another one of those great neighborhood automobile service centers. They've earned quite a bit of my own money in the fifteen years I lived on the Capitol Hill. Prompt, reliable, guaranteed service. Over the year's the establishment has gone through a few changes. The gas station is now self-service only, and a covenience store clerk works the plexiglass window. The mechanical shop is now a separate entity from the gas pump & convenience store, but still delivers the same quality service. I highly recommend Distad to anyone unfortunate to have something wrong under the hood or elsewhere on that car you either love or loathe, but need it nevertheless.
