That's no surprise since its three young partners -- one a former chef elsewhere -- have struck barbecue gold with their succulent and juicy ribs, house-made sauces, thick slabs of smoky beef brisket, inventive egg roll appetizers and hot-from-the-oven homemade apple pie with caramel sauce. Satisfied and barbecue-mad folks come back here often. It's one place where cooking rules. Come once and you'll come often.
