Applebee's Neighborhood Grill   

we have been there several times wonderfull

On 1-12-07 our group of 6 people went to this store and with the exception of the waitress we were treated very bad. First they sat a group of 6 in a booth for 4 or less. 2 of us were well over 250lbs. then when we asked about a bigger booth, they said someone called in for a group of 12 on their way. So when I said thought you didn't take reservations, they put us next to the bar. My father and myself had to sit with a bar in between our legs. Then to boot my dad found 3 hairs in his steak. We didn't say anything at the for it seemed as if our hostess who seated us decided to seek revenge on us for the complaint about the booth. I do intend to complain to applesbee main office, because I paid well over 100 dollars for my family to be treated bad. thanks!!!
