This small wooden open-air hangout right on the main strand in Wrightsville Beach is one of the few places in town where you can drink outside and watch the action (just dont cross the white line painted on the ground). Patrons enjoy cold beer or oysters while they watch cars cruise on Lumina Avenue or carry on with the people walking to some of the local nightspots. A favorite for bikers, Buddys is not hard to miss -- just look for the motorcycles parked out front and the people having a good time on the front porch. -- NCN

A GREAT PLACE TO HANG OUT!
THEY DO NOT HAVE FOOD BUT, THERE IS A MEAL IN EVERY BOTTLE. I LOVE THIS PLACE ALL MY FRIENDS FROM RALEIGH ,GREENSBORO AND CHARLOTTE ALWAYS STOP HERE FIRST VERY FAMOUS PLACE.
Convenient Drinks ...
BUT THAT'S ALL. This place is in a nice location and they have ok drinks. They don't have crab or oysters - they don't have food at all - I don't know why it's still called a crab & oyster bar. The environment is lacking also. I'd much rather go somewhere else.
