BEST EGGPLANT PARM

I'm from New York originally, so I know good Italian food. This is one of the best eggplant parms I've ever tasted. Whenever I get to Wilmington, I head to Elizabeth's first. The eggplant is sliced thin and fried just right. Plenty of mozzarella cheese and a delicious sour New York style Marinara sauce tops it off. Fantastic!!!!! More Reviews
