There's a comfort level at 901 Pasta. It isn't stuffy; it isn't pretentious; it isn't over-the- top Italian. It's homey, comfy and warm, serving up a healthy selection of pasta dishes, grilled pizzas and hearty sandwiches. In fact, you'd have to look long and hard to find a menu choice that doesn't appeal to more than one of your senses. Spices awaken the sights, smells and tastes of the entrees. Some of the finest include lasagna and homemade meatballs, manicotti with spinach onions and ricotta cheese, and a Cajun chicken linguine with a spicy cream sauce. Those that frequent this pleasant eatery will say it's dishes such as the chicken and rosemary ravioli and the Spaghetti Puttanesca (topped off with capers, oregano, olives, garlic, onion and a hint of anchovy) that keeps them coming back for more.
