Though it's the perfect place to celebrate or commiserate after an Ohio State University game, Rachel's doesn't look like much from the parking lot. But just like your mother always insisted, it's what's on the inside that counts, and Rachel's pastel-colored dining room is much more upscale than you'd ever guess, with an extensive menu and prices to match. But why quibble about interior versus exterior design when there's wood- grilled steak, seafood (try the fin fish before the shellfish) and great cappuccino to be had?

Rachel's hasn't been at South Avenue and Western Reserve Road for many yeaars. I work around the corner and I see a Rusty's is there now. It has been many things since Rachels. You had better update your information.
